Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Takis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 5th August 2011, 8,922 common shares and on 8th August 2011, 6,078 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 123,133.65 and € 82,273.25 respectively.
