Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. acquired on 9.6.2011 20.000 common shares of the Company due to its merger with DIAS S.A. IΝVESTMENT COMPANY. This transaction has been duly notified to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by its Managing Director Mr. Dimitrios Papalexopoulos, who also participates as a non-executive member in the Board of Directors of EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A..
