S.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007, and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Dimitri Papalexopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Co. S.A., sold on June 9, 2011 20,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 330,591.57.
