S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Aristidis Papadopoulos, Executive Director region U.S.A., sold on 11th April 2011, 634 common shares and on 12th April 2011, 500 common shares of the company of a total value of € 10,835,06 and € 8.850,00 respectively.
