S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that on 23rd December 2010 Mr. Andreas Canellopoulos, non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and shareholder of the public Cypriot company EDYVEM ELLINIKA DOMIKA YLIKA VIOMICHANIKH EMBORIKI METAPHORIKI DIMOSIA ETAIRIA LTD (ΕΔΥΒΕΜ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ ΔΟΜΙΚΑ ΥΛΙΚΑ ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΑ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΛΤΔ ) contributed to said Cypriot entity 480,000 common shares of the Company, by way of subscription to a capital increase through an Over the Counter (OTC) transaction.
