S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 25th November 2010, 1,000 common shares of the Company and on 26th November 2010, 1,018 common shares of the Company, of a total value of € 14,870.00 and € 14,958.16 respectively.
